What is Virtual Assistant Support?
An on-line business support organisation, which means that you get all of the benefit of professional support without the nuisance of expensive overheads.
How do I know that the quality of work on offer will be suitable for me?
Samples of editorial work, word processing, reports, and documents are available on request.
What if I don't like them?
We pride ourselves on our creativity and versatility, and will do our utmost to work with you to ensure our output meets your specific requirements.
How about references from previous clients for those services which can't be set out on paper, like PA work, proof reading, credit control or accounts?
Please ask for copies of testimonials from satisfied customers.
How much does it all cost?
Rates vary from area to area - for instance, work from an experienced copywriter or PA will cost more than simple administration tasks - but they are all competitive and excellent value for money.
When do I pay?
Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise specified at the time of order. Staged invoices may be issued for lengthy projects, but this will be confirmed and agreed with the client beforehand.
How do I pay?
We accept cheques, bank transfers, and credit card payments via PayPal.
What happens if I have a complaint or I'm not happy with your work?
We believe it is vital that Virtual Assistant Support understands the clients' requirements right from the start and ask that a detailed brief is agreed upon by both parties on initiation of each project.
Working on the basis that a dissatisfied client is worse than no client at all, we will always strive to get it right the first time. However, if you have a genuine grievance we are always prepared to review the project in question and take the necessary steps to resolve any disputes to your satisfaction.
Can I talk to somebody rather than communicating by email?
Of course. We prefer the initial contact to be made via email, but on receipt of your first message we will be delighted to discuss your requirements over the phone or arrange a face-to-face meeting.
What happens now?
It's really up to you, but we'd recommend that you head for the Contact Us form and get the ball rolling.
